Mrs. Rocio Padilla

My name is Mrs. Rocio “Row” Padilla and I have been the school counselor at Remington since 2007. The staff and students are great and I am glad to be working among them as the elementary school counselor. It has always been my goal to be of greater service to our students, parents, and staff. My role encompasses individual counseling, small group counseling, classroom guidance, and consultation with parents and staff in an effort to support students. I help children reach their full potential as they progress and prepare for middle school by promoting a comprehensive counseling program that covers three areas of student development: academic, career, and personal/social according to the American School Counselor Association Model.  At Remington Elementary, we believe that the education of all children is a team effort.  A team comprised of staff, students, and parents is a winning combination for successful students!
